The current pricing schedule is available at all times on the provider's website, and it is the CLIENT's responsibility to consult it before any new collaboration. - Mediation $135/h the first three hours are free according to Article 14 of the Regulation on Mediation and Arbitration of Small Claims. Additional hours are at the parties' expense according to Article 16 of the Regulation on Mediation and Arbitration of Small Claimsaccording to the indexed rate under Article 19 of the same regulation and according to the indexing notice from theOfficial Gazette of Quebec dated May 18, 2024.
